Family Hub

Every class, absence, fee and request for your child — in one place, on your phone.

What it does

The home screen: each child in the family, their next class, and how many classes are left this month.

Every child, and what is left this month

Who is enrolled in what, when each of them is next in, and how many classes remain before the month closes — with the lapse date said out loud rather than discovered later.

A month of classes colour-coded by attendance, with last month summarised below.

See the month at a glance

Present, absent, cancelled, rescheduled, makeup, still to come — every day of the month colour-coded, with last month totalled underneath.

Marking a class absent, with an available makeup slot offered alongside.

Mark an absence before it costs you

Tap the day and say your child cannot make it. If a makeup slot exists that week, it is offered right there instead of lapsing quietly.

Self-service actions: change batch, change package, pause, and raise or track a request.

Change things without a phone call

Change batch or timing, change package, pause and resume, raise an issue, follow a request you already raised. Self-service, with the rules shown up front.

And also

Fees that add up in public

What was charged, what was paid, and what a credit was worth. Invoices and the month’s summary are yours to read whenever you want them.

Why we built this

Attendance, fees and makeup classes are where a learning centre most often lets a family down — not through bad intent, but because the record lives in somebody's head. Family Hub puts that record where the parent can read it, which is the only version that can be checked.

More on where that came from in our story.
